How to have unstoppable self-confidence

Do Any of These Sound Familiar?

The brackets have just been posted at the big tournament.  As you look at them your heart sinks. You think to yourself, “Wow, my bracket is stacked. I’m doomed….”

You’re on deck to wrestle and hear your opponents name called out. When he responds, you spot him for the first time and think to yourself, “Are you kidding me? There is no way this guy is in my weight class…he had to have cut a ton of weight.” “Just don’t get pinned” you tell yourself.

As you step out onto the mat, you notice that your opponent’s singlet is a special edition, state championship singlet. “Oh boy” you think, “this isn’t going to go well.”

If you’ve ever said, or thought these kinds of things, you have suffered a self-confidence break down.
